You'll need: an Illimat deck (a 65-card deck with five suits), or one regular 52-card deck of cards plus the Ace thru 10 of another deck that can be easily distinguished

Cool game. To destroy a superweapon card, the card that attacks it has to be of an equal or bigger value? Or it doesn't matter?
Yes, your card must be equal or greater than the superweapon card you are targeting.
